At Kari's BIG Imagination, we are committed to providing high-quality products, Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we do all exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact us at Karisbigimagination@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.
2. Your order number
3. A description of the issue
4. A clear photo of the item(s) showing the damage or incorrect product.
5. We will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
6. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) were damaged or incorrect. 

Exchanges

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item we're happy to offer an exchange. 
• To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the issue.
• Exchanges will be process once we received the returned item (if applicable), we will process your exchange and ship the correct or replacement item at no additional cost.
• If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you may exchange it, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Non exchanged items:

• Customized or signed books.
• Items that are returned used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
